I was given these stems by Mabigat and was again very visually stimulated. I proceeded to add lots of water textures alongside the scenery he had already constructed, then got a little carried away. I got what I get a lot when making music, that after the second drop I still had more ideas and ended up in what I think is a cool place. Organic progression is fun. All of the songs on this EP are over 4 minutes and have 3 drops, and I like that fact. A lot of this musical period for me was breaking away from boxes I'd constructed for myself and that I'd been exposed to living in Bristol, and I hope these experimentations are enjoyed as much as I enjoyed creating them.
